Version from: September 4, 2026
-
"Terms of Use" refers to the terms and conditions outlined in this document governing the purchase and use of digital products sold on mirime.eu.
"Privacy Policy" describes how I collect, use, and protect your personal information — see my Privacy Policy for details.
"Digital Products" refers to the downloadable files sold on mirime.eu, including printable and fillable PDFs, SVG and PNG clipart, digital planner/sticker files (e.g., for GoodNotes), and bundles thereof, all designed to support tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) gameplay, as described further below.
"User," "you" refers to anyone who purchases or accesses my digital products.
"Seller," "I," "me," "my" refers to Mirime, a private trader (toiminimi) registered in Finland, Business ID (Y-tunnus) 3177385-8, VAT ID FI31773858, the entity providing the digital products for sale on mirime.eu.

Purchases are made directly on mirime.eu. Payment is processed via Squarespace Payments (using Stripe) or PayPal(which also supports Venmo).
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link by email. For files larger than 300MB, I'll instead send you a PDF containing a secure, Dropbox link. No Dropbox account or sign-up is required to receive your files. Creating a customer account on mirime.eu lets you view past orders and re-download purchased files at any time.
Prices shown at checkout include applicable VAT, calculated automatically based on your location.
-
If you're a consumer based in the EU, EEA, or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.
However, because my digital products are delivered to you immediately upon purchase, this right does not apply once delivery has begun, provided that:
You've given your prior express consent to immediate delivery, and
You've acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery starts.
By completing a purchase of digital products on mirime.eu, you confirm that consent and acknowledgment.
This waiver applies only to your right to change your mind — it does not affect your separate statutory rights if a file is faulty, corrupted, or materially different from its description (see "Digital product disclaimer" below).
-
Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only — for example, printing it for your own tabletop games or sharing physical or digital copies with your own gaming group for their use in that group's games.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share the files (or derivatives of them) outside your own gaming group
Modify the files and pass them off as your own original work
Use the files in any commercial product, publication, or paid service (including but not limited to published adventures, paid content, or commercial merchandise) without my prior written permission
-
Some of the artwork used in my digital products is AI-generated. I use these tools under a commercial-use license from the relevant AI provider, which permits me to sell products incorporating this content. Under current copyright law in most jurisdictions, including the EU and the US, purely AI-generated content without sufficient human creative input does not qualify for copyright protection. Where this applies, I do not claim copyright ownership over such AI-generated elements themselves.
What I do own is the overall design of each product — the selection, arrangement, layout, and combination of elements into a finished card, template, planner, or other item. This design work is my own original creation, and I claim ownership of it to the fullest extent recognized by applicable law.
Regardless of the copyright status of any individual artwork element, the usage restrictions described above (see "User restrictions and license") apply as a condition of your purchase under contract law. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to those restrictions independently of whether copyright applies to any specific element within it.
-
All sales of digital products are final, subject to the statutory rights described above. My digital products are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the digital products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If you experience a genuine issue with your files — for example, a corrupted download or a file that doesn't match its listing — please contact me and I'll do my best to resolve it.
-
By purchasing a digital product, you consent to receive communications about your purchase electronically, via the email address you provide at checkout.
-
I may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Version from" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of mirime.eu after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
-
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and me regarding the digital products, together with my Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Finland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
If you're an EU consumer and wish to pursue out-of-court dispute resolution, you can contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or your national European Consumer Centre.
